Do you suffer from glossophobia? I've got the cure.
I've been finding it harder than usual to calm down before speaking engagements these days. How about you? This got me thinking:
Wouldn't it be great if you could carry calm and confidence in your pocket? It might quell the dry mouth, sweaty palms and racing heart which can all be signs of "Glossophobia" — otherwise known as public speaking anxiety.
That's why I decided to devote my latest podcast to "10 Tips in Less Than 10 minutes for Calming Your Public Speaking Anxiety." I even include an offbeat tip and reveal what I carry in my pocket to every speaking engagement.
The podcast also includes some of the tools I shared in this month's issue of Prevention magazine on “How to Face Your Fear of Public Speaking.”
Learn how to cure "Glossophobia" in the latest issue of Prevention including Gigi's interview with writer Madeleine Haase who covers 6 tips for calming your public speaking anxiety. Get a sneak peek of these tips in Gigi's latest podcast or read Prevention here.
